Sessional Kindergarten Programs
Hobsons Bay City Council provides a Kindergarten Central Enrolment Scheme for locally based, community-managed, three and four year old kindergarten programs. The kindergarten central enrolment process ensures fair and equitable access to kindergarten services for all children.
The Emma McLean Kindergarten and Daycare participate in the City of Hobson’s Bay Central Enrolments Scheme for all 3 and 4 year old funded sessional kindergarten children. All eligibility criteria is set in accordance with the guidelines of the Hobson’s Bay City Council and the priority of access guidelines set by the DET.

Completing Enrolment
Once you have accepted an offer from the Hobsons Bay City Council the Emma Mclean Kindergarten and Daycare will contact you and you will be required to complete an Enrolment Record and upload all necessary paperwork .
All places are deemed tentative and are not confirmed until an Enrolment record is completed, an up to date Immunisation History Statement is received by the service.
