Director/ Educational Leader

Andy was first employed at the Emma McLean Kindergarten in July 2006 as the room leader in the 3 year old program. In 2009 she took on the full time role of the Centre Director. She works in collaboration with Ros, dealing with the day to day running of the centre.

In her role she is respondent to and takes direction from the Committee of Management. Andy has also taken on the role of Educational Leader, supporting the teachers and educators in developing their educational programs.

Andy's Philosophy

I believe as an educator I provide a warm, caring and positive environment for the children to learn and play.  All staff are treated equally and families in our community are well supported and valued everyday.
