What is a Quality Improvement Plan?

A Quality Improvement Plan is a moving document that changes and evolves with our service, children and families. It allows us to set goals and use feedback from children, families and staff to improve the quality of our service.

The National Quality Framework which guides every children’s service in Australia requires us to write a Quality Improvement Plan each year.

Our plan is created after vigorous self-reflection and from the information collected from the parent and staff surveys and include the areas we are hoping to improve each year.

Please feel free to pass on your ideas and suggestions! We welcome your feedback, both praise and constructive criticism.
