Tillie's Philosophy

I believe it is important to understand and engage with every child differently as they each have various learning styles. It is important to have a safe, warm and inviting environment for children to come into so they can thrive and grow to be the best learners they can be. It is a strong belief for me that an educator should be there to pick a child up when they fall and to boost them up to succeed to their full potential.
